Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking 7 calendar days in advance of the date of your scheduled tour your payment will be refunded in full, minus all processing fees. If you cancel at least 3-5 calendar days in advance of the date of your scheduled booking your payment will be refunded. You will however be charged a late cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 calendar days of the date of your scheduled booking you will be refunded 50%. If travel plans are forcibly changed whether involving flight cancellations or your ship changing itinerary your payment will be refunded in full, minus all processing fees. Bookings must be made 24 hours before the tour time.
